Cynthia Moore

Like a number of her co-workers, Cynthia’s career path has evolved over time, both before and after coming to Jennings & Co. Her early work experience was in the employee benefits area of the insurance industry. She came to Oregon in 1996 and translated that experience to working for a workman’s compensation carrier. When she came to Jennings & Co. in 2005, her background morphed perfectly into being Human Resources Manager. In 2010, the opportunity of a new challenge in commercial property management came up, and Cynthia took it. “I really appreciate that the company gave me the opportunity to grow. I like talking to potential new tenants and learning about their business. The entrepreneurial spirit is very motivating.” Cynthia also appreciates Jennings & Co.’s excellent reputation, and works to protect it. “If we don’t have what a client needs, I’m very happy to try to refer them to someone who does. It’s important to maintain a high standard of ethics. Our re-contact rate in a market this size is high, and our reputation always works for us.”
