Lisa Saber

Lisa’s entrance to the world of property management began as a mortgage loan officer. In 2006, she made a big transition, going to work for both Jennings & Co. as a site manager, and Metropolitan Affordable Housing as a compliance officer. “It was a big—and good—change from the bank side where it’s hard to feel close to the people being served.” In 2007, she began working exclusively for Jennings & Co. as Compliance Officer for all of the Metropolitan Affordable Housing developments managed by Jennings & Co. The close relationship between the two companies makes it possible to provide excellent resident services, as well as a high-quality living environment, a set of circumstances Lisa very much appreciates. “When we all do our job well, it means that the programs are successful, and that helps create the possibility of more good resident programs in the future.” I appreciate being able to get to know families, making sure they’re aware of all the programs available, and helping them become a better part of the community. I get to do that both in my work and in my life.”
