Tim Breen

Since 1985, Tim’s career and Jennings & Co. have expanded and diversified together. Tim is always interested in the next person he gets to meet. “I enjoy crossing paths with lots of people, and learning how to communicate successfully with them.” He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2002, after many years of work managing both retail and low-income housing. Tim achieved his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders, and has become an expert in Fair Housing regulations. He is also active in the Metro Multifamily Housing Association of Oregon. “I like what I do because the industry is always changing and our company changes with it. I get to have new challenges, new roles, new projects, and find new ways of doing business. It’s never dull.” Just to make sure of that, Tim has also become active in the development aspect of the company. That ensures that he gets to be involved in every step of handling property: building, renting, managing, and maintaining.
