Profile

The Jennings Group of companies consists of three individual fee-based property management companies, a maintenance company that services our property management companies, and a fast-growing real estate development company. With offices in Eugene, Salem and Beaverton, we manage multifamily, commercial and single-family properties. We strive to offer our clients the finest property management and maintenance services in the industry.

Our combined portfolio includes properties in over 300 locations representing in excess of 4,300 residential units and 600,000 square feet of commercial property. Our combined staff of 48 company employees and over 120 on-site employees is organized, trained and equipped to provide individual attention to each client.

Jennings & Co. Property Management, Inc. is a real estate brokerage firm specializing in multifamily, commercial and single-family property management serving the Eugene / Springfield metropolitan area. The regional nature of our firm allows us to provide our clients not only a large service base, but also a broad and creative investment prospective. Our property management companies are among the select national firms holding the designation of Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).

Jennings & Co. Maintenance LLC services the maintenance and repair needs of the three property management firms.

Jennings Development LLC is located in Eugene and specializes in the development of affordable and market-rate apartment projects.
